Guideline for Master Thesis Presentation for Graduates

Application Form (Please download)

• Master’s Thesis Abstract
• Thesis Cover Page 
• Cover Page Sample 

Submit the completed required documents. Do not work in IPS office like filling etc.

Note

• Please write the title BOTH in Japanese and English. (*If the title is written only in English, Japanese one is not necessary)
• For “Research”, please see “List of Research” below.

Deadline

5pm on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 (Japan time)

(※A lack of punctuality won’t be accepted)

Submission

〇Master’s Thesis Abstract: Submit to IPS Office

Presentation

Presentation will be held between July 17 and July 29, 2025.
*The location and time will be announced on the IPS office bulletin board around July 8.

Result

Result will be announced on August 29, 2025, on MyWaseda.
