Please be informed that Waseda University will be closed for the general entrance examination, between 4 of February and 24 of February 2025. Also, please note that access to the campus is restricted during the mentioned period.
During this period, Waseda Portal Office will open a temporary office, the Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho), in the Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor of the Okuma Garden House, Building No. 25).

We encourage you to use the Online Certificate Request system when requesting certificates for alumni.
If you wish to request a certificate in-person, please make sure to confirm the place of application (some are handled by the Alumni Office), certificates you can apply for, and required documents on this page in advance. For certificates handled by the Waseda Portal Office, applications will be accepted at the Interim Advisory Center.
