For matters concerning procedures such as leave of absence, reinstatement, departmental or program transfers, course registration, etc., please contact the office of your faculty or graduate school.

Our services are available to full-time students at Waseda University undergraduate, graduate, Art and Architecture School and affiliated schools, exchange students, SP3 students at the School of International Liberal Studies (SILS), and Japanese Language Program (JLP) students at Center for Japanese Language (CJL).

Coming with a friend or family member is no problem.
It is fine if the concern is a friend’s.
Counseling is done by counselors specialized in psychology (clinical psychologists).

The service lets you discuss anything about student life. Counseling is free.
Your personal information obtained at the Student Counseling Center will be managed securely in accordance with the “Waseda University Personal Information Security Rules” and will be used for actions necessary for implementing counseling services (including telephone calls and letters to individuals). In addition, we will not disclose this information to third parties, including your faculty or graduate school, without your consent. However, this does not apply to cases involving the life or physical safety of yourself or others, or in cases of serious crime.
