We provide online counseling service cotree, through an external counseling organization (JMDC Inc.) in order to increase counseling options. We recommend using this online counseling if you have the following requests. (Free up to twice a month and open seven days a week)

• You want counseling at night.
• You want counseling on the weekend.
• You want counseling as soon as possible.
• You want counseling through online chat (writing) as well as video call.
• For counseling related to Waseda University’s credit, requirements or internal system, please consult with the faculty office, the relevant department, or the Student
• Counseling Center.

If you wish to use cotree’s online counseling services, prior membership registration is required; please start the procedures by submitting the application form through MyWaseda.
