Q:Can I choose my room?

The application will be by lottery, and you cannot choose the type or the number of floors. Please be aware of this before applying.

Q:What kind of furniture and appliances are included?

Refrigerator (2 door), microwave, washing machine, room lighting, bed, desk, chair, wagon and TV board are included. Please provide your own curtains and bedding. If any malfunction or defect occurs due to normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Q:Is Internet access available?

The flat rate includes provider fees, and is available from the day you move in.

Q:Can I invite family and friends?

Available from 9:00 to 22:00.

Q:Can family/friends stay at the hotel?

Only family members are allowed to stay, friends are not allowed to stay.

Q:Is there a curfew?

No, there is not. Overnight stay is also possible.

Q:Can I sign up for no meals?

No meal cannot be selected

Q:Is it possible to reserve a meal?

For hygienic reasons, meals cannot be left on the table.

Q:Can I cook for myself?

This can be done in the communal kitchen area in the cafeteria.
