Ｑ：Can I visit Crevia Will Waseda?
Tours are available on weekends and holidays. Please call ITOCHU Urban Community in advance to make an appointment.
Ｑ：Is there a selection process after application?
The application will be selected by lottery. After the application period, ITOCHU Urban Community will contact applicants by e-mail in order to confirm the results.
Ｑ：Can I apply for a dormitory even after the application form has been closed?
If you have already decided to attend Waseda University and there are rooms available at that time, you can apply at any time throughout the year. Please call the dormitory management company directly or visit their website.
Ｑ：Can I choose my room?
As a rule, we cannot accept room requests. Please understand that you cannot choose the type of room, the number of floors, or the rent.
Ｑ：Is it possible to move rooms after moving in?
In principle, we do not accept these requests. Only in cases where there is a compelling reason, we will settle the security deposit after consultation and conclude a new contract with you in a new room.
Ｑ：Can I choose the length of contract?
You can choose from 1-year and 2-year contracts. *Only students of the College of International Liberal Studies can sign a 1.5-year contract.
Ｑ：When can I move in?
Move-in is available around the end of March for spring enrollment and early September for fall enrollment. If you wish to move in before then, please contact ITOCHU UC.
Ｑ：How many women-only floors are available?
The number of women-only floors will be (4 floors/80 rooms). This is the number of rooms in operation at this time and is subject to change.
Ｑ：Can I have a friend or family member stay in my private room?
No one other than the resident himself/herself is allowed to enter or stay in a private room. Please use the common kitchen on the 1st floor for visiting. Visiting hours are from 9:00 to 18:00.
Ｑ：Do you have internet access?
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in both private rooms (apartments) and common areas. It is available for use on the same day after moving in.
Ｑ：Can I cook for myself in my room?
Please use the shared kitchens on 1F/5F/8F/11F.
