Q:What is the admission selection process like?
You can choose either interview or document screening. The purpose of the screening is to confirm your intention to enter the dormitory and to familiarize you with Wakei Jyuku. We will inform you of the result on the spot in the case of an interview, or within approximately one week after the submission of documents. If you wish to live in a dormitory, please indicate so on the application form. We will take this into consideration when deciding on the dormitory.
Q:Is there a dormitory fee set up without meals?
Basically, meals (breakfast and dinner) are included in the dormitory fee, but we offer a meal reimbursement system during college vacation periods.
Q:What is the scholarship program?
Wakei Juku have an interest-free loan scholarship program. Students can choose between 30,000 yen or 60,000 yen per month.
Q:Can I take a tour or stay for a trial stay?
You can make a reservation in advance at Wakei Jyuku. Please make a reservation in advance with Wakei Juku. The price for the trial stay is 2,000 yen per night with half board.
Q:Can I use the Internet?
Each dormitory building is equipped with two 1Gbps fiber-optic lines, and each room is equipped with a LAN terminal, so stable lines are available free of charge as soon as you move in.
Q:Can I invite friends?
You may invite them to your residence until 11:00 p.m.
