Halloween party

Two days before Halloween on October 29th, over 100 WISH residents gathered on the second floor for some spooky and exciting celebration.
The evening began with some charades, in which residents had to act out eating a banana, being a zombie, and riding an escalator. What proceeded was a special treat: residents were finally allowed to act being drunk – as close as it will get to the real thing in WISH!

After having fun pretending not to be themselves, WISH residents had a halloween meal waiting for them, including jet-black lemonade, chocolate ghost mochi, and freakishly delicious matcha doughnuts.

Residents then had the opportunity to smash open a piñata, and remarkably few people cheated by looking over their blindfold.

Entering the haunted house was almost as scary as entering its venue: the fitness room! The art committee’s hard work was evident in the thrilling and intricately designed haunted house. The evening concluded with a costume contest. It was an extremely successful halloween bash.
