This year’s Halloween event was really fun to participate in as I got to try various roles throughout the whole thing. In the party, there were some events such as Obakeyashiki(haunted house), face painting, Kitchen decoration competition and Cooking contest. Not only was I able to MC for the night and help out with the preparation and conducting the events, I was also able to act as a ghost for the night.
It was interesting to see the different reactions of various people, especially the ones of people who scared out of their minds. It was also nice seeing all the wonderful costumes that the residents were wearing. I could see all the hard work some had put into making their costume and I was glad that they got to show it off at the party.
I would like to participate in next year’s Halloween party too, as I expect it to be even more fun.
