“What kind of person do I want to be?” The SI Programs help you find the answer to this question. When we struggle with assignments during group work with fellow residents of various nationality, a different department or grade, I often face a difficulty where I cannot think of anything much for the situation at hand or my idea seems silly and off the mark. Still, we try not to resort to a simple conclusion “it didn’t work out”; instead, we make it a habit of pondering over solutions right away. By doing so, we pave the way for our entry into the global community. I would like to be a person who has own core belief and also respect other people’s opinions.
