For those who are admitted to WISH
【Contract Period: 21 March 2022 – March 7 2024】
The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of the contract period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service. Moreover, the resident may not extend the period.
Residence Life Center will inform the successful applicants about the detailed schedule for entering the dormitory on the entrance documents.

The Schedule for Move-in to WISH
The following is the schedule for move-in to WISH. For further details, please check into “The Entrance Document” that would arrive to you later.
Please be informed that the dormitory fee will be charged from “March 23rd” regardless of the move-in date.
- School of Political Science and Economics School of International Liberal Studies： Monday, March 21, 2022@10am-5pm (JST)
- Other departments： Tuesday, March 22, 2022, or Wednesday, March 23, 2022 @10am-5pm (JST)
A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information, and information of the designated company for bringing in luggage)
The packet is planned to be sent on March 10 (Thu), 2022.

*In the entrance documents packet, we ask you to keep your body temperature record for 2 weeks before move-in as a document to be submitted at the time of moving into WISH.
For those in the 3rd period, it is less than 2 weeks before the move-in date after receiving the documents, so please keep a daily body temperature record from the time when you confirm the result announcement.
(Students who applied in 3rd period are allowed to move into WISH even if they do not have a record for two weeks)
Regarding movies that introduce WISH
Please check the web movies of WISH that introduce a residential room, the unit, and so on, before you return the necessary entrance documents.
