Below is the list of Registration Number of the applicants who are admitted to Waseda University Higashifushimi Student Dormitory.
Please understand that we do not answer any questions regarding screening process.

Higashifushimi Student Dormitory

Contract period : April, 2021 – March 15th, 2023 [2 year]
The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service.

The Schedule for Move-in to the dormitory

The following is the schedule for move-in to the dormitory.
For further details, please check into “The Entrance Document” that would arrive to you later.

Move-in date　March 19th(Fri), 20th(Sat), 22nd(Mon).

＊ A packet of entrance documents including move-in date is scheduled to be sent on March 10th.
＊ Room assignment will be announced on this website on March 12th.

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information)

The packet is planned to be sent on March 10th (Wed), 2021.
We will send it to mail address of applicant which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.
