【WISH】The 2nd Floor Living Area Changes into Female Floor

At Waseda International Student House (WISH), the 2nd floor living area (4units/16rooms) which is currently used as male floor will change into female floor from September 1st 2019, in order to improve the balance of male-to-female ratio in WISH.

From September 2019, assigned new female residents who enroll in September 2019 and current female residents enrolled in before March 2019 will be living in this floor.
A female RA will be assigned as the 2nd floor RA.

All the room assignment along with its floor will be decided by the Residence Life Center.

According to this change, the gender ratio of capacity will be changed as follows.
[Before] Male:492, Female:380
[After] Male:476, Female:396

Please be aware of this change, especially those who enter WISH in the future.

Residence Life Center is a department that plans management policies for student dormitories, and provides services for students regarding dormitories.
