Here are the Room Numbers for April admissions. Please be notified that a few of you might be asked to change your room later. We really appreciated your understanding in advance.

・Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory

Contract period : March 18th, 2019 – March 15th, 2021 [2 year]

・Ichishima Kinen Sendagi Student Dormitory

Contract period : March 18th, 2019 – March 15th, 2020 [1 year]  due to dormitory closing.

The Schedule for Move-in to the dormitory

The following is the schedule for move-in to the dormitory. For further details, please check into “The Entrance Document” that would arrive to you later. Please be informed that the dormitory fee will be charged starting from March 18.

• Monday, March 18,2019 – Wednesday, March 20 @10am-5pm (JP time)

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information)

The packet is planned to be sent on March 10 (Sun), 2019. We will send to email address of applicant which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.

Regarding video clips that introduce the dormitory

Please check the web video clips that introduce a residential room before you return the necessary entrance documents.
