For those who are admitted to WISH

【Contract Period end of March (around 20th) ,2017 – March 7, 2019】

The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service. Moreover, the resident may not extend the period.

The Schedule for Move-in to WISH

The following is the schedule for move-in to WISH. For further details, please check into “The Entrance Document” that would arrive to you later.
Please be informed that the dormitory fee will be charged on the day you move in.

  Monday, March 20,2017 @10am-5pm (JP time)
• Other departments
  Wednesday, March 22,2017　or　Thursday, March 23,2017 @10am-5pm (JPtime)

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information, and information of the designated company for bringing in luggage)

The packet is planned to be sent on March 11 (Sat), 2017. We will send to a mailing address of applicant himself or herself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.

Regarding movies that introduce WISH

Please check the web movies of WISH that introduce a residential room, the unit, and so on, before you return the necessary entrance documents.

Describing your “Address after entering the University” for University Entrance Procedure

For those who have NOT submitted University Entrance Procedure documents

Please describe your address at Waseda International Student House (“WISH”) as follows:

Waseda International Student House (“WISH”), Nakano 4-22-3, Nakano-ku, Tokyo 164-0001

The announcement of your room number will not be made in time for the deadline of submission of University Entrance Procedure documents by mail on Monday, March 13, so please log-in to the portal site “My Waseda” (https://my.waseda.jp/) after entering the University, and add your room number by conducting Change of Address procedure from the “Home”→ “View/Update Your Own Profile” → “Update Student Profile”.

For those who have ALREADY submitted University Entrance Procedure documents

Please log-in to the portal site “My Waseda” (https://my.waseda.jp/) after entering the University, and conduct Change of Address procedure including registering your room number from the “Home” → “View/Update Your Own Profile” → “Update Student Profile”.

Describing the “Address for Sending Course Registration Documents” for University Entrance Procedure

For those who have NOT submitted University Entrance Procedure documents

Please select “To Student him/herself” as the address for sending course registration documents. They will be distributed at WISH from March 21 (Tue) onward.

For those who have ALREADY submitted University Entrance Procedure documents

Course Registration Documents will be sent to the address which you filled out University Entrance Procedure documents from March 21 (Tue) to March 23 (Thu) via parcel delivery service. Please bring them to the dormitory with you or take a procedure to forward them to WISH by yourself.

For those who are not admitted to WISH
