【For Student Entering the Dormitory in April 2017】(Period 3) Result Announcement of Waseda International Student House, WISH

Below is the list of Registration Number of the applicants who are admitted to WISH. Please understand that we do not answer any questions regarding screening process.

For those who are admitted to WISH

【Contract Period end of March (around 20th) ,2017 – March 7, 2019】

The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service. Moreover, the resident may not extend the period.

The Schedule for Move-in to WISH

The following is the schedule for move-in to WISH. For further details, please check into “The Entrance Document”that would arrive to you later.
Please be informed that the dormitory fee will be charged on the day you move in.

  • School  of  Political  Science and Economics・School of International Liberal Studies: Monday, March 20,2017 @10am-5pm (JP time)
  • Other departments:Wednesday, March 22,2017 or Thursday, March 23,2017 @10am-5pm (JP time)

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information, and information of the designated company for bringing in luggage)

The packet is planned to be sent on February 10 (Fri), 2017. We will send to a mailing address of applicant himself or herself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.

Regarding movies that introduce WISH

Please check the web movies of WISH that introduce a residential room, the unit, and so on, before you return the necessary entrance documents.

Open House of WISH (voluntary basis)

Waseda International Student House (WISH) will be holding Open House on February 18th (Sat) and March 4th (Sat). On the day, we are planning to give a tour of the facility, the management system and the program offered in the dormitory.
Participation to this occasion is voluntary basis; we encourage you to take this opportunity as an advantage to find out your sons’ and daughters’ rooms.

This period is for WISH applicants who admitted to the university from November onward. For applicants admitted to SILS and School of Creative Science and Engineering as”AO or other exam”, we will conduct your application screening on this period.
