Hall A for Singles 35,000 yen 56,000 yen
Hall B for Singles 52,000 yen 70,000 yen
Hall C for Married couples without children 74,500 yen 101,000 yen
Hall D for Married couples with their children 86,500 yen 118,000 yen

 

  • The application for both International Students and Japanese RA are available depending onthe vacancies. The application information will be announced via Waseda-net portal on an as-needed basis. See the “Topics” on My Waseda for the details.
  • Rent is calculated by the day when moving in or out in the middle of the month.
  • Rent for a month is charged as Entrance fee when moving in and it is not refundable.
  • Water, gas, electricity and phone charges are calculated according to the actual usage.
  • Internet fee for LAN is included in the rent.
