Contract Period
September 9, 2022 to March 15, 2024
*The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service.
*Waseda may permit extension of the Dormitory Period for March 15, 2024 through August 31, 2024.
Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory_September Admissions_Result
*Currently, twin rooms are not in operation due to COVID-19. We would appreciate your understanding that residents who have been admitted to the dormitory this September will be assigned to single rooms, and there is a possibility that you will be asked to use twin rooms for single occupancy.

A packet of entrance documents
The packet was sent on August 3 (Wed) to a mailing address of applicant which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.
*If you have not received the documents by August 22 (Mon), please contact us from the Residence Center Inquiry Form.
Please retund the document by Monday, August 31 (Wed). Announcement of Room Number is planned on Wednesday, August 24th (Wed).
Regarding movies that introduce the dormitory
Please check the web movies of the dormitory that introduce a residential room, before you return the necessary entrance documents.
