Below is the list of Registration Number of the applicants who are admitted to Waseda University Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory  Please understand that we do not answer any questions regarding screening process.

・Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory

Contract period : April, 2020 – March 15th, 2022 [2 year]

The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or military service.

The Schedule for Move-in to the dormitory

The following is the schedule for move-in to the dormitory. For further details, please check into “The Entrance Document” that would arrive to you later.

• Move-in date is TBD at this moment (March 9th). a packet of entrance documents including move-in date is scheduled to be sent on March 18th. （There is a possibility that move-in date will not be finalized until March 18th）Room assignment will be announced on this website on March 18th.
• At this point, Waseda University postponed starting course day of Spring Semester 2020 from April 6th to / after April 20th. Further notice on  course day will be made 2 weeks before newly changed course day.

A packet of entrance documents (such as the contract, the necessary payment information)

The packet is planned to be sent on March 18 (Wed), 2020. We will send it to mail address of applicant which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form.
