As a RA, I am in charge of a lot of things, such as talking to residents, giving an advice and support them regarding dormitory life, helping SI programs held every day, planning and managing events which residents can enjoy, and so on. As a RA, it is important to remind residents of necessary manners for dormitory life, but beyond that, I try to tell residents useful information and mental attitudes to make their dormitory and university life more fruitful.

For example, I went study abroad in Spain, so if someone is interested in Spain or European countries, or interested in studying abroad, I can share many experience. For someone study same major, I can talk about the class. Also I can talk about a club, social problems, and how to spend meaningful dormitory life. The University life is multi-sided, and answer cannot always be found in the textbook. However, if you share your opinion or experience with someone else, you can find an answer even for a difficult problem. Even if my experience cannot help you, but the other unique RAs should be able to help you! I have learned many things from them, too. Therefore, please feel free to ask us anything!
