In the middle of the Tokyo urban jungle would you not like to feel the touch of nature as you run around the beautiful Imperial Palace?
Below the golden leaves and in the crisp autumn air, let’s work up a sweat and refresh!
But wait! You don’t have confidence in your fitness? Don’t worry!
Just indicate your level on the application form and we’ll make a group to suit your pace. You can run with others at a speed that is comfortable for each other.
There’s no time limit, so even if you’re not a regular at exercise, please come along and join us!
After the run we will walk around the great and historical East Garden of the Imperial Palace.
Relax, chat and rest your tired muscles under the golden brown leaves!
