The ever-popular event is back again this year!
We will be digging for bamboo shoots on the Tokorozawa Campus, and you can take home and enjoy the bamboo shoots you dig up!
The area around the Tokorozawa Campus is rich in nature and is said to be one of the inspirations for the setting of My Neighbor Totoro. Surrounded by lush greenery and wide open skies, it’s the perfect place to experience the beauty of spring.
After the bamboo shoot hunt, we will walk up to a hill with a beautiful view for a picnic lunch (bring your own) and enjoy some fun activities to get to know each other.
Starting a new school year can be tough, so why not get refreshed in the great outdoors while making new friends?
