Guidelines for Enrollment Procedures ╝
An email regarding the information on Notification of Admission has been sent to you.
*The subject of the email is “【早稲田大学/Waseda University/SW】合格通知書送付 / Sending Notification of Admission”.
Although the Notification of Admission is not necessary at Immigration Office on your arrival, you may be asked to submit a document certifying your enrollment in the Center for Japanese Language when you apply to rent a dormitory or apartment etc. In such cases, please present the Notification of Admission sent by the above mentioned email as a certificate for several procedures.
Orientation will be held on December 4, so please be sure to attend.

On Friday, December 5, we will be holding a campus tour for those who wish to participate.
If you would like to participate, please apply using the form below by Thursday, November 6.

For those who requested the overseas travel insurance designated by Waseda University during the enrollment procedure, we will apply for insurance on your behalf.
*Included in tuition fees already paid.

If you need special support to study at Waseda University due to disabilities, diseases, or other circumstances, please submit the required information via the application form below by 23:59 on November 1 (Japan Standard Time). Please attach your medical certificate if you have.
After your submission, CJL office will contact you to discuss your support. The office may also arrange a meeting with you if necessary.
*You will also be able to access the application form after the deadline and after enrollment.
*The submitted personal information and documents will only be used to consider how to support you.The information may be shared with your teachers and staff of the Health Support Center of our school if necessary. Personal information will be handled safely and properly.
*This form is not intended for people with food, plant, or animal allergies.
*Please note that we will make every possible effort to support you, but we may not be able to meet all your requests.
