For the Japanese Language Program, September 2016, we sent the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and Certificate of Admission etc. today(August 10th) by Registered mail(Letter Pack) or NIPPON COURIER SERVICE. If the letter is not delivered by August 21st, please let us know by E-mail.
