【Faculty Support】CTLT(Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology) is Open!

The CTLT (Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology) has opened on the 1st floor of Building 7 on the Waseda Campus from April 2020, and will serve as a one-stop service for teaching, learning, and IT support.

Waseda University faculty members will be provided with various support services relating to course management, such as conducting online courses. All faculty are encouraged to utilize the resources available.

The CTLT provides consultations related to “Teaching” and “Learning”, such as support for using IT equipment or ICT tools, interactive teaching for large classes, course management using active learning techniques, etc.

Currently, Waseda University has postponed the start of the new semester as a counter-measure against spreading the novel Corona virus (COVID-19). The situation may require courses to be conducted online, depending on the conditions. CTLT provides support for various issues related to this issue, including consultations for course management, using the new LMS (Waseda Moodle) which was launched from 2020, or creating online content.

We look forward to providing support to as many faculty members as possible. Please feel free to drop by!
