勝山裕研究員、余恪平研究員等　ITU Kaleidoscope 2020 Second Best Paper Awardを受賞

2020年12月7日～11日に開催されたITU Kaleidoscope 2020において、勝山裕主任研究員、余恪平（YU Keping）主任研究員等、GITI所属の研究員の方々の研究成果として発表された以下の論文がSecond Best Paper Awardを受賞しました。
