2025 FAIS Autumn Term Japanese Course
Qualifications for Application:
- Graduate students who belong to the Universities in KSRP（For International student in Kitakyushu campus)
| Course Term : Thu. October 16,2025 ～ Thu. February 5,2026 |
| Day : Twice a week (Monday and Thursday) |
| Time: Mon : 6:15 PM～ 7:45 PM Thu： 7:00PM～8:30PM |
| Course: Beginner Course1・2・3・4 / Intermediate conversation |
| Fee : IPS Regular Students :7,000 yen (Non-degree Students : 17,000 yen) |
IMPORTANT
- Partial course fee is offered by IPS.
*If your attendance rate doesn’t reach 70%, you have to pay the additional tuition fee as penalty. (10,000JPY) - In principle, no withdrawals will be accepted after the course has started. Before applying, please check the start time of your selected class. Please note that if you have selected classes on Mondays during the 5th, 6th periods and Thursdays during the 6th period at your university, you cannot apply for this Japanese language course. You cannot take two classes at the same time.
- Must receive a Enrollement Check(在籍確認印）at IPS office before submitting FAIS office. If you don’t have it, FAIS can not accept for your application.
- Please take a pretest for checking your level if you take a class first time.*You may not be placed in the class of your choice depending on the results of the pre-test.
- Textbooks: All students are required to purchase textbooks (available at the Co-op, at your own expense).
- Tuition must be paid in advance in a lump sum and is non-refundable once the course has started. However, it will be refunded if the class is cancelled.
How to Apply
| STEP1 | Fill out the application form |
| STEP2 | Must receive a Enrollement Check（在籍確認印）at IPS office
before submitting FAIS office. If you don’t have it, FAIS can not accept for your application. |
| STEP3 | Submit the application form to the FAIS office and pay the course fee.

※FAIS do not refund any fees once payment is made.
※You cannot cancel the courses once applications are submitted.
