At the end of May or October (six months after enrollment for the F course), a “Expected Graduation Judgment（修了見込判定）” will be made (except in cases where there is a period of absence from school).
For students who are judged to be “expected to graduate（修了見込）” at this time, a “Certificate of Expected Graduation（修了見込証明書）” will be available from the nearest June 1st or November 10th after the expected graduation judgment.

If the above date is on a Sunday, it can be issued from the next day.
*For the Spring Semester 2025, due to emergency system maintenance, the certificate will be available from June 3. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How to apply for a certificates
You can apply for a certificate via MyWaseda. Certificates cannot be issued at the IPS office.
