2025 FAIS Spring Term Japanese Course
Qualifications for Application:
- Graduate students who belong to the Universities in KSRP（For International student in Kitakyushu campus)
| Course Term : Mon. April 21,2025～ Mon. July 28,2025 |
| Day : Twice a week (Monday and Thursday) |
| Time: Monday 18:15～19:45、 Thursday 19:00～20：30 |
| Number of lessons: 27times |
| Fee : IPS Regular Students :7,000 yen (Non-degree Students : 17,000 yen) |
IMPORTANT
Partial course fee is offered by IPS.
*If your attendance rate doesn’t reach 70%, you have to pay the additional tuition fee as penalty. (10,000JPY)
How to Apply
- Before you apply for this course, check the class schedule of IPS, Waseda University.
If you take the class which will be held in the 6th period in IPS on Monday and Thursday, you cannot apply for this Japanese language course because you cannot take two classes at the same time. - Must receive a Enrollement Check(在籍確認印）at IPS office before submitting FAIS office. If you don’t have it, FAIS can not accept for your application.
- Please take a pretest for checking your level if you take a class first time.

| STEP2 | Must receive an Enrollment Check（在籍確認印）at IPS office (From Apr.1 to Apr.10)
before submitting FAIS office. If you don’t have it,FAIS cannot accept for your application. |
| STEP3 | Submit the application form to the FAIS office and pay the course fee.
(From Apr.1 to Apr.10 9:00-12:00/ 13:00-16:00) |

※FAIS do not refund any fees once payment is made.
※You cannot cancel the courses once applications are submitted.
