2. Inquire directly at the Counseling Room during Office Hour:
Every Wednesday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm（Chinese/ Japanese)
**Notice: except national holidays and university holidays
Opening hours will change as follows starting April 2025.

9:15-17:00 (except 13:00-14:00)
3. Web registration
Please make an appointment through the web registration form:

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made through the appointment scheduling system.
It is able to make them up to 15 minutes prior to the appointment date and time.
