If you think you have left something behind on IPS campus, you can check if it has been found by contacting IPS office. Lost property is kept for six months and then disposed of if not claimed.
If a name is found on the property
IPS office will contact potential owner by Waseda email. Even if original owner is found, items not claimed after six months will be disposed of.
If a name is NOT found on the property
Property is stored by the IPS Office and can be claimed for a period of six months from date of loss. It is kept for six months and then disposed of if not claimed.
If you found lost property on IPS campus
Please report it to IPS office or Central Monitoring Room.
In case of cash, wallet and cash equivalents

Please take lost property (cash / wallet) to IPS office. - When you claim the award
Please take lost property (cash / wallet) to the police station or police box.
