Vacating Dormitory

To students who want to move out of the dormitory

Please submit the attached document, ‘premises vacating notice’ to IPSRC office at least one month prior to move-out date. The tenants of Sakura House have to submit ‘premises vacating notice’ to the administration room of Sakura House.

To students who finish the graduate study in IPS

In case you move out of the dormitory because of the completion of your studies in IPS, you have to leave the dormitory by the following date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The date when you move out

• Students who finish the graduate study in September : By September 5th
• Students who finish the graduate study in March : By March 15th
