Sensing Systems
We study on Sensing Systems. We develop basic sensing technologies which are expected in real industries, such as information technology and oil process etc.
After developing the technologies, a new sensing system is constructed using key devices based on developed basic sensing technologies.
A new key device is realized using micro-nano machining, ultra sonic technology and Laser technology.
