Prof. Yoshie gave a talk at “Kyushu DX Conference 2025”

On Wednesday, 19 November 2025, the “Kyushu DX Conference 2025” (hosted by the Nishinippon Shimbun and co-hosted by ITmedia Inc.) was held at JR Kyushu Hall in Fukuoka City. Professor Osamu Yoshie attended on behalf of IPS.

The conference, themed “DX’s Frontlines and Business Transformation in Kyushu’s Economy”, brought together regional companies, local government entities and educational institutions to explore how digital transformation (DX) can drive organizational change, talent development and regional industrial revitalisation.

At IPS, our focus is on “Region × DX × Global Talent Development”. Professor Yoshie — a leading figure in the fields of manufacturing, ICT and regional industry collaboration in the Kitakyushu region — engaged in active discussions with industry and government participants about the challenges and opportunities of regional DX.
