Note:
If you submit the thesis in paper format, the document must be fully completed before submission.
The IPS Office will not punch holes, staple, or bind the thesis on your behalf.
Notes for Filling in the Abstract Form
- Please write both the Japanese and English titles in the “Research Title” section. (*If the title is in English, a Japanese title is not required.)
- Please refer to the list below for “Research” categories:
Submission Deadline
Wednesday, January 21, 2026 – 17:00 (JST)
Strictly enforced. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Submission Method
〇Master’s Thesis Abstract Form: Submit the paper copy to the IPS Office.
- If submitting on paper: Submit to the IPS Office.
- If submitting online: Submit via Waseda Moodle.
Please check the submission method with your supervisor.
Thesis Presentation Schedule
Friday, January 23 – Thursday, February 5, 2026
Details of date, time, and venue will be posted on the bulletin board in front of the IPS Office around January 15.
Announcement of Results
Friday, February 27, 2026
Results will be announced via MyWaseda.
