【Course Registration Schedule】

*Changes from AY2022
Specialized Subjects（特論）, Exercises A,B,C,D（演習A,B,C,D）are automatically registered by the university on behalf of students, so students do not have to register them by yourself.
*Changes from AY2024: “Introduction to Academic and Research Integrity (For Life and Sciences, Biological Science and Engineering)” (学術・研究公正概論（生命・理工系）) course is automatically registered by the university on behalf of the master students who enrolled after September 2024.
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION
- Please check yourself if you have registered enough subjects during confirmation period.
- Please check the updated information for time schedule on the bulletin board. You can also see the latest one on registration web site.
- Regarding the 1st and 2nd course registrations, you are registered in Waseda Moodle on each day of the registration announcement. As for the 3rd course registration, you are temporarily registered as a guest from the day after the last day of the course registration and can obtain lecture information. Courses canceled during the course registration period will be canceled as guest registration after the results are announced and will not be displayed in Waseda Moodle.
- Please register during the 1st and 2nd course registration periods so that you can attend the 1st lecture as much as possible.
Some students failed to be assigned the laboratory or finish the course for lack of confirmation.
Please make sure if you have registered enough subjects for laboratory assignment or graduation during the period.
*Doctoral course students can register the courses according to their wishes. In that case, the course registration is required and the grade will be given.
【How to apply for courses】
- Apply for the course registration using the ” Grades & Course registration” menu displayed before logging in to My Waseda.
- Web Course Registration system is not available from 2AM to 8AM during the period due to system maintenance.

In case you register the following subjects, please search as below and select on course registration site.
◆Intensive subject “Operations Management as a Strategic View Point”, ⇒「Course Search」 → Select a course category 「Advanced Subjects」
◆”Special Exercise of Community Computing” , “Special Exercise of Organic Electronics” , “Special Exercise of VLSI Physical Design Automation” ⇒ 「Course Search」 → Select a course category 「Advanced Subjects」 or 「Open Subjects」 in 「Advanced Subjects」
<Important> *Not included in the credits required for graduation.
◆For students enrolled by the 2023AY, it is highly recommended to take the course “Introduction to Academic and Research Integrity(For Life Sciences, Biological Science and Engineering)” of Global Education Center. If they are enrolled in the 2025AY or later (after their 5th semester excluding the leave of absence), it is mandatory to take the course “Introduction to Academic and Research Integrity(For Life Sciences, Biological Science and Engineering)”.
However, students enrolled in September 2023 can take the midterm presentation in April 2025 without taking the course.
◆For students entered after the 2024AY, it is mandatory to take the course “Introduction to Academic and Research Integrity(For Life Sciences, Biological Science and Engineering)” of Global Education Center in order to complete a master course.
