Please note that the registration deadline has been moved up to 4:00 p.m. in AY 2026, so be very careful not to miss any registrations.
Course Registration for Spring 2026
1. Course Registration Periods
First Registration Period
- Period: March 31, 2026 (Tue) 9:00 a.m. – April 2, 2026 (Thu) 4:00 p.m.
- Announcement of Registration Results: April 7, 2026 (Tue)
Second Registration Period
- Period: April 7, 2026 (Tue) 9:00 a.m. – April 8, 2026 (Wed) 4:00 p.m.
- Announcement of Registration Results: April 11, 2026 (Sat)
Third Registration Period
- Period: April 17, 2026 (Fri) 9:00 a.m. – April 18, 2026 (Sat) 4:00 p.m.
- Announcement of Registration Results: April 22, 2026 (Wed)
Important
- No new registrations, cancellations, or any other changes will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on April 18, 2026.
- During the course registration period, be sure to check that:
- the courses you registered are correct, and
- you have registered a sufficient number of credits/courses.
- Please check carefully, as insufficient registration may result in failure to meet the requirements for completion.
- Please check the latest timetable information on the bulletin board or the registration website.
- Doctoral students can also take these courses (not mandatory). If you do, you will be graded.
2. Start of Classes
- Spring Semester classes will begin on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Important announcements may be posted on Waseda Moodle before the semester begins.
Please be sure to check both your registration results and Waseda Moodle on the announcement day.
3. Important Notes on Registration
- Please use the “Grades & Course Registration” menu displayed before logging in to MyWaseda.
- Please complete your registration during the first or second registration period whenever possible.
Registration in Waseda Moodle
- First & Second Periods: Students will be registered on the result announcement day.
- Third Period: Students will be temporarily registered as guests from the day after the final day of the registration period, and will be able to check course information and announcements.
- Deleted courses will be removed from Moodle on the result announcement day.
4. Courses Automatically Registered
- Specialized Subjects and Exercises A–D are automatically registered by the university.
- For master’s students enrolled after September 2024,
“Introduction to Academic and Research Integrity (For Life Sciences, Biological Science and Engineering)” is automatically registered.
5. Subjects Requiring Special Attention
(1) Intensive Subject: Operations Management as a Strategic View Point
Please search under:
・Course Category: Advanced Subjects
(2) Special Exercise of Organic Electronics
Please search under:
・Course Category: Advanced Subjects
or
・Advanced Subjects / Open Subjects (as shown in the course search screen)
Important:
This course is not included in the credits required for graduation.
6. “Introduction to Academic and Research Integrity” Course
For students enrolled by AY 2023
- Strongly recommended to take the course.
- Required if enrolled in AY 2025 or later (from the 5th semester onward, excluding leave periods).
For students enrolled in or after AY 2024
- Mandatory for completion of the master’s program.
- Automatically registered in the first, second, or third semester(for students enrolled after September 2024).

- Select Term: Spring/Summer
