To All New Students
Although typhoon 15 is predicted to bring heavy rains, the Autumn 2022 entrance ceremonies on Saturday, September 24, will still go ahead as planned. For those who will attend the ceremony in person, please be careful as you make your way to campus. The ceremonies will still be broadcasted online as planned, making attending from home a possible option. In the chance that the ceremonies must be changed due to the typhoon, we will make an announcement on the Waseda University website at around 7:00am on Saturday, September 24, the morning of the ceremony.
If the entrance ceremony has to be cancelled, the Commemorative Group Photo Session and Issuance of student ID cards will also be cancelled.
If that’s the case, issuance of student ID cards will be rescheduled on Sep.26(Mon).
Time and location will be the same as before:
13:30-15:30: Issuance of the Student ID Card
Location: Classrooms on 5th floor, Building 3, Waseda Campus

*Classroom depends on which major/course you belong to.

*If you cannot receive your Student ID card on September 24 or 26, you can receive at the SPSE Admin Office later.
