On Friday, March 25, the award ceremony for the 2021 Dean’s Scholars Award for School of Political Science and Economics and the AY2021 Waseda Society of Political Science and Economics Essay Competition was held for graduates of AY2021 in Room 305, Building 3, with many of the winners’ advisors in attendance.
Dean Junichi Saito made a congratulatory speech and presented each awardee with a certificate of recognition.

This competition is sponsored by the Waseda Society of Political Science and Economics and invites all full-time students enrolled in the School of Political Science and Economics, the Graduate School of Political Science, and the Graduate School of Economics to submit research theses, and publishes a collection of the best works every year.
We received 48 essays submissions for the “Undergraduate student category” in 2021.
Awards for the 2021 Dean’s Scholars Award and for the AY2021 Waseda Society of Political Science and Economics Essay Competition were presented to current students at the Entrance ceremony of School of Political Science and Economics held on Friday, April 1, at the Okuma Auditorium. Dean Junichi Saito presented each awardee with a certificate in front of the new students.
