以下の予定で、ケネス・シュルツ教授（スタンフォード大学）の特別講義を開催いたします。
シュルツ教授は国際政治の理論・実証研究（紛争、民主主義、安全保障）の分野の第一人者で、国際政治研究で最も顕著な功績を収めた若手に贈られるKarl Deutsch Awardも受賞されています。

また、政治経済学部の選択必修科目「国際政治学」（栗崎教授）で使用している教科書「WORLD POLITICS」の著者です。今回の講演では、「領土紛争から推論できる政府の意図とは？」についてお話し頂く予定となっています。
シュルツ教授が日本で講義されるのは非常に貴重な機会ですので、ぜひご参加ください。

Prof. Kenneth Schultz from Stanford University will give a special lecture as follows.
Prof. Kenneth Schultz is among the top scholars of International Security (esp., democracy and conflict).
He has received the prestigious Karl Deutsch Award in 2003.

He is the author of the textbook, “WORLD POLITICS” for “Global Politics” (Prof. Kurizaki).
He will give us a special lecture on territorial conflict and what it tells us about government preferences.
