Professor Luis Greco of Humboldt University in Berlin gives a lecture on the above topic. Professor Greco is one of Germany’s leading criminal law scholars, and he has already given a lecture at Waseda University’s Institute of Comparative Law in 2023. This time, he visits Waseda University as a short-term visiting researcher of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and this lecture.
