The consultation session for students interested in entering Global-J will be conducted in person and via Zoom.
Those interested in either the Master’s Program or the Doctoral Program are welcome to participate in this session.

- It is expected to take approximately one hour to implement.
- No reservation required.
- Individuals not currently belonging to Waseda University are also welcome to participate.
- This session will be held using both English and Japanese.
- To facilitate participation by those living in countries with time differences from Japan, the session will also be conducted via Zoom only, starting at 22:00 (JST).
- No recording or videotaping is allowed.
- Please be seated at a seat with a clear space between you and other participants.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking in the venue.
- Please refrain from participating in person if you fall into any of the following categories.
・Those who have a fever (37.5°C or higher) or cold symptoms within one week prior to the event, including the day of the event.
・Those who have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for novel coronavirus infection.
・Those who have stayed in countries subject to landing denial as specified in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website “Border measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19)” and for whom the designated waiting period has not yet passed.
・Those who have a family member living with them or a close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected. - Support is provided for those who need special consideration for in-person participation. If you need support, please contact the Administrative Office of Faculty of Letters, Arts and Sciences, Waseda University ([email protected]) at least two weeks prior to the event. After consultation, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
