Professor Detey was Visiting Professor at Sciences Po Paris (02-03 2025)
In February – March 2025, Professor Detey was Visiting Professor at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris), hosted by the CERI (Center for International Studies), within the framework of the Waseda x Sciences Po partnership (WasePo).
During his research trip, Professor Detey examined how the concept of “linguistic contract” – linked to the “social contract” (Detey 2023) – has become more relevant than ever in higher education institutions like Sciences Po, in preparing the next generations of social leaders to develop a deeper understanding of the multifaceted impact of internet-mediated global communication in this AI-oriented 21st century.
