On October 20, 2023, Professor Detey participated in a Workshop in Seinan Gakuin University (Fukuoka) organized by Professor Kaori Sugiyama, with Dr Fontan (Visiting Scholar at GSICCS) as part of a JSPS Fellowship Research Program about the Automatic evaluation of Japanese learners of French.
The workshop included presentations by Dr Lionel Fontan as well as Dr. Thomas François (Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium) and a round table with Professor Detey (Waseda) and Professor Yuji Kawaguchi (TUFS).
