On April 3, in-person entrance ceremonies were held at the Waseda Arena for second-year students (AY2020 admits) who were unable to attend them in the previous year due to Covid-19.
At the ceremonies, President Tanaka commended on the hard work and resilience of the students in the face of unprecedented challenges brought about by the pandemic. He also expressed his wish for the students to find their passion and dreams, and devote themselves to achieving their goals during their course of studies at Waseda University.
