Summer vacation for students will start on August 3 until September 20. During this period, all university offices will be closed from August 13 to 17. Please kindly take note that offices are generally closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For more details on office hours, see below.

Opening hours of Certificate/Discount coupons issuing machines

The machines will not be available for use from August 13 – 20 (12:00), as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays. In addition, the operating hours differ from regular hours during summer break. Please refer to the Information Technology Service Navigation website for more information.

As network maintenance work is scheduled for during summer vacation, kindly refer to the Information Technology Service Navigation website for information pertaining opening hours of computer rooms.

Opening hours of Waseda University Library

Kindly refer to Waseda University Library’s website for their opening hours during summer break.

Opening hours of Co-op and other shops on campus

Please contact the Co-op, Uni. Shop & Café 125 and Asics store for information pertaining opening hours.

Starbucks Coffee on Toyama campus will operate from 10:00 to 18:00 during summer vacation (Aug 3 to Sep 20). In addition, Starbucks may not operate on certain days between Aug 10 and 18 without prior notice.
