The spring vacation period will be from Tuesday, February 4th to Monday, March 31st, 2025.

Please note that each campus has a period where campus entry is prohibited due to entrance exams. During the period when Waseda Campus is off-limits, a temporary office will be opened at Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor Okuma Garden House Building No.).

① Opening hours of faculty/graduate school offices, campuses, and facilities

During the spring break period, opening hours, office openings, and facility openings will differ from normal. As a general rule, each office will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the period. Please contact the office of your faculty/graduate school for information on counter hours, telephone reception hours, results announcement, reexamination, course registration dates, etc.

②Available hours of certificate issuing service and certificate issuing machine

The available hours are different from normal during the spring vacation period.

The certificate issuing machine on campus is closed on Sundays and holidays. Additionally, in order to prepare for and conduct the entrance exam, there is a period during which anyone other than examinees, test proctors, and faculty members are prohibited from entering the campus on the test day.

In principle, classrooms are closed during spring break.
