The summer vacation period will be from Tuesday, July 30th to Friday, September 20th, 2024.
Please note that during this period, all offices and facilities will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, special closing days (Friday, August 9th) and the general closing period (Tuesday, August 13th to Monday, August 19th).
*We are expecting heavy congestion on Saturday, August 3rd and Sunday, August 4th due to the open campus. Please note that some classrooms will be unavailable from Friday, August 2nd due to preparations the day before. Please refer to the website for details.
① Opening hours of faculty/graduate school offices, campuses, and facilities
During the summer vacation period, opening hours, office hours, and facility opening hours will be different from normal. As a general rule, all offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during this period. Please contact the office of your faculty or graduate school for information on office hours, telephone reception hours, grade announcements, re-examinations, course registration dates, etc.

②Available hours of certificate issuing service and certificate issuing machine
The available hours are different during the summer vacation period. For details, please refer to the following website.
Please note that there are periods during which the certificate issuance service will not be available, as follows:
- Period when on-campus certificate issuing machines will be unavailable: From Thursday, August 8th, when all issuing machines will be shut down, until 12:00 on Tuesday, August 20th
- Convenience store issuance suspension period: August 16th (Friday) to August 17th (Saturday)
