Waseda Campus Tour for International Students (September 30, 2026)
Hello! This is WAVOC (The Hirayama Ikuo Volunteer Center ).
We will be holding a campus tour at Waseda on Wednesday, September 30.
The tour will be led by Waseda University Campus Tour Guides. At the end of the tour, our WAVOC Student Staff Leaders will introduce WAVOC and the volunteer opportunities available at Waseda University.

Meeting Time：10:45 a.m.
Meeting Place: In front of Building No.1 ,Waseda Campus
*Late arrivals cannot join the tour partway through.

Eligibility
All Waseda University students are welcome. (While primarily aimed at international students, anyone can join!)
Capacity
45 students
*Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. As spaces are limited, registration will close once we reach capacity. We encourage you to apply early to secure your spot!

Note
・Participation is free of charge, and there is nothing to prepare in advance.
・This tour is conducted in English, but guides also speak Japanese.
・This tour is not related to any classes taking place at the university.
・The information you provide in the form will be used only for this tour.
・Detailed information (such as meeting place and time) will be sent to those who applied by e-mail as the implementation date approaches.
・Photographs and videos of activities will be taken for reporting and publicity purposes on the WAVOC website and other platforms. Please be advised in advance.
About WAVOC Student Staff Leader
The WAVOC (The Hirayama Ikuo Volunteer Center) Student Staff Leaders work alongside faculty and staff to support students in taking the “first step” through volunteer activities. Leveraging a unique student perspective, we support proactive student initiatives and promote the university’s social contribution activities based on three core pillars: Create (Planning), Connect (Collaboration), and Communicate (Dissemination).
