発行手数料は無料です。発行には２～３営業日かかります。余裕を持って申請してください。
There is no issuance fee. Please note that issuance takes 2 to 3 business days. Please apply well in advance.

※複数の課程について発行が必要な場合は、学籍番号ごとに申請してください。（例）学部と修士の証明書が必要なケース
If you need to apply for more than one degree program issuance, please apply for each student ID number. (Example) Cases in which you wish to apply for an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree.

＜ご注意ください/Note＞
以下の証明書につきましては、当課では発行できません。
We cannot issue the below kinds of certificates.
・日本学生支援機構奨学金（日本人学生対象）/ JASSO Scholarship for JAPANESE Students　（申請方法 / How to apply）
・民間・地方公共団体奨学金 / External Scholarships
各財団へお問い合わせください。/ Please ask the foundations.
・W-SPRING（問合せフォーム / Inquiry Form)

また、早稲田大学内の奨学金についても、奨学課以外での発行となる場合があります。
Please note that even for WASEDA University scholarships, certificates may be issued by offices other than the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Section.
