Health care room provides services such as health consultation, aftercare service by specialists after regular Health Check-up, issuance of Certificate of Health Check-up and information on medical facility, etc.
You can measure blood pressure, height, weight, and body fat, etc.

Health check-up is conducted once a year based on School Health and Safety Act.
Please make sure to take the Health Check-up every year. Certificate of Health Check-up can be issued at the On-Campus issuing machine for those students who take the Health Check-up at Waseda University. Please refer to the Health Support Center HP for detail.
If you are instructed during the Health Check-up to have a health consultation with a specialist or to take a retest, make sure to consult with the Health Care Room.

Issuance is limited to students who are currently enrolled and who have taken the health check-up conducted by the university in the relevant academic year.
On-Campus certificate-issuing machine is available for prescribed form in Japanese only.
If you need a certificate in English, specified format, additional test, or vaccination record, etc., please come to the Health-care room during office hours.
